If I could find ONE APPROVED INSTANCE in the word where those who were called SOLD SPIRITUAL MERCHANDISE TO THE SHEEP, aside from the dove sellers and money changers whom Yahshua beat, then you would find MERCHANDISE on this site. It is nowhere to be found in the word - therefore - it is nowhere to be found on this site or within this ministry.
This site, with all of its expensive high capacity, high bandwidth Internet infrastructure is supported only by your tithes and/or free will offerings. That makes it really tough because I have to constantly remind people that I need your help in keeping the ministry, the site, audio and video productions and newsletters going out without selling my soul to the Devil by selling spiritually oriented MERCHANDISE. I operate so "seat-of-the-pants" (by faith) that I should have perpetual asphalt burn on my rear-extremities :-) I do not desire to "make merchandise of you" as is written in the word, but I do need your CONTINUED, voluntary financial help.

I believe that every ministry should offer full disclosure of how the tithes, offerings and donations are used.
The monthly administrative costs for The Watchman Report with all of its high bandwidth multimedia account, ISP charges, hosting costs and several support systems is $2000.
Some may think that we don't need such an elaborate Internet infrastructure or audio and video productions, but these are the same people who complain when I remove videos, audios or other features from the site because we cannot afford to pay all of our Internet bills. My question is this: Should we offer up to Yahweh our least or our best? The enemy is surely not cutting corners in his all out assault on Yahweh - and you. If this were my personal site I would want it to be the best that I could provide, but this is for one greater than myself, and greater than all - The King Of Glory!

The Ugly Message
I call this the Ugly Message because it is about what most of you don't want to hear.
There is certainly a huge clammer about tithing these days. Is it still relevant, it's spiritual extortion by no good greedy preachers; what is it etc. etc. etc.
I DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF THE CLAMMER and neither should you. We should only desire to do the will of our Father and that should end all the noise and the subject, but what IS His will regarding tithing in this day? Is it done away with as many seem to believe?
Before I give you the scripture pertaining to tithing, that has been used and abused by so many preachers and churches let me say this. First of all...
We Are At War!
You may find it hard to believe by the easy going, fun-loving, lackadaisical Christianity in apostasy of today, but when we accepted Yahshua as our Lord and Savior we were immediately inducted into a war against Satan and the enemies of the cross! As in any war, the most effective weapon against the enemy is not bombs and firepower, but the ability to stifle the economy and funding of that enemy. This is the tactic that Satan has been using against the called servants of Yahweh since the beginning with great success.
While Satan props up his anointed preachers, pastors and churches that preach greed, avarice and prosperity in Babylon in order to cause Yahweh's people to paint ALL ministries with the same broad brush of corruption, the true ministries of Yahweh who hold the real truths suffer financial hardships and even utter ruin. Why? The tactic of Satan is to prop up these greedy, circus looking preachers and inspire them to openly flaunt greed and misuse of the tithes and offerings to discredit the true ministers of Yahweh to be ridiculed as greedy like Satan's ministers for even thinking of asking for financial help. This has been an extremely effective Satanic tactic.
The Christian has been trained by Satan (that statement alone is mind boggling) to find it distasteful for any called of the Most High to ask for financial help for their calling because of the Satanic, false apostles and their horrendous reputation of tithe abuse and overt, Satanically inspired "circus" atmosphere. Sadly, Satan is winning this battle and we see very few, if ANY, of the truly called of Yahweh with the financial resources to compete with Satan's false apostles delivering their false gospels, causing real truth and the meat of the word, delivered by truly called ministers of the Most High, to be suffocated by the many falsehoods and watered down gospels in mainstream Christianity.
But you say, how can that be when there are so many rich churches where the members tithe? Most of these mega-churches are just as Satanically corrupt as their twisted gospels and many are actually subsidized by governments and corporate interests to maintain "control" of as many believers as they can seduce! While the true apostles languish in poverty because their messages are spiritual in nature and do not appeal to the carnal nature, whether by emotion, ability to get gain or happy-happy-joy-joy soothsaying.
The true called of Yahweh will never win any popularity contest against the prophets of Baal (false Christian preachers, pastors and evangelists), because their messages are many times harsh and do not tickle the ears of the seeker of truth.
Now add to this the Satanic lie and old demonic argument that the tithe has been done away with and you have a perfect Satanic storm that literally GUARANTEES Satan's victory against anyone who is truly called of Yahweh. They will most certainly be financially ruined and their Heaven sent very important messages never heard by the masses because so very few will support them, being jaded to give because of all of the false greedy and unscriptural preachers who are now leading the facade known as contemporary Christianity.
Now let's look at that scripture:
From the days of your fathers, you have turned aside from My statutes, and have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you, says Yahweh of Hosts. But you say. In what way shall we return? Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me. But you say, In what have we robbed You? In the tithe and the offering! You are cursed with a curse; for you are robbing Me, the nation, all of it.
Bring all the tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house. And test Me now with this, says Yahweh of Hosts, to see if I will not open the windows of Heaven for you, and pour out a blessing for you, until there is not enough room. And I will rebuke your devourer, and he shall not decay the fruit of your ground against you; nor shall your vine miscarry against you in the field, says Yahweh of Hosts. And all nations shall call you blessed; for you shall be a delightful land, says Yahweh of Hosts.

You've read it before and heard many times in the past, and many have heard it said, "This is in the old testament, thus it is not for us in these last days." But if you truly read the scripture in its entirety you see that this is actually a prophecy against the church in the last days! It is US whom this passage of scripture is speaking to!
The early Jews didn't need this scripture, they KNEW it was part of the law of Moses. They always knew that they were to tithe and to not do so was sin, so it is certainly not speaking to them. It is contemporary Christianity that has been bamboozled by Satan not to do so, and is the reason this prophetic passage on tithing was written.
Is Tithing Extortion?
Some call tithing as a form of extortion used by preachers to get money. Tithe or be cursed. I'd have to agree, it is a form of extortion, but in truth, just WHO is doing the extorting, the minister or Yahweh? The preacher didn't write this passage of scripture, Yahweh caused it to be written! What the preacher DOES with the tithe, now THAT is on the preacher's head, and believe me, Yahweh will certainly handle that matter in His own due season.
Some say that tithing was instituted in the law of Moses and is only allowed to be given to one who is a Levite, and as such is not a part of our new liberty we enjoy in Christ, but the law of tithing was only REPEATED to the Jews, as tithing has ALWAYS been a part of man's walk with Yahweh. Abraham, the patriarch of the Hebrew nation, including the Levites, long before Moses ever lived tithed to Melchizadec.
Yahshua, of the tribe a Judah and not a Levite also received tithes from the people. What do you think Judas' role was as treasurer? You don't need a treasurer (accountant) unless people are giving to the ministry. Yahshua was also supported by some Jews who were extremely rich. Do you think that Joseph of Aramathaea came out of nowhere to provide his personal tomb for Yahshua? He was one of Yahshua's supporting disciples!
When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Yahshua's disciple: He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Yahshua. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered. And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed.

If you read in the Book of Acts, the early Christian saints went above and beyond the law of tithing and even sold all their surplus goods and properties, bringing the money to the storehouse without even considering the Divine Standard of the 10% tithe. So no, tithing has NOT been done away with and many of you now suffer the effects of the curse for not doing so.
Yahweh says, TEST ME NOW WITH THIS, and see if He does not remove these curses from your lives when you tithe, or you can test Him in NOT tithing, and see the curses consume your lives. One way or another, whether you tithe or not you are testing Yahweh to either tithe and have His protection or not tithe and lived a cursed life. Extortion? We could say that :-), but just WHO is doing the extorting? Yahweh can extort me any day! BELIEVE ME, IN THIS INSANE AND DANGEROUS WORLD - I'D RATHER PAY THE PROTECTION MONEY! :-)
Rich Preachers, Rich Churches & Poor Saints
Many contemporary preachers literally STEAL the tithe from the storehouse and never put it into the storehouse for the poor, but instead build up and enrich their own lives and their church organizations with the tithe that is, ACCORDING TO THE WORD, supposed to be reserved for the poor.
How many churches do you know that are built more like country clubs than humble places of gathering for the saints with preacher's living in mansions, driving overly expensive cars (some owning several cars and homes). This should be a sure sign that this IS NOT a man of God, but a SWINDLER OF SATAN, but Yahweh's people refuse to heed these obvious signs of Satan at work in these churches and are led down paths of delusion and deception, most because of their own greed. They give to these shysters of Satan as if to invest in the stock market, hoping for that hundred fold return on their investment, which most never see.
What Is Tithe
Tithe is 10% of your increase, meaning, if you work and receive a check for $150 and the government takes say $50 for taxes and your final check is $100, then $100 is your increase, not $150, because the government took that from you. When you do your taxes, any money received back from the government is again counted as an increase. Even a six year old can do such simple math, but since we don't want to tithe we'll try to make it in our minds too complicated to figure out.
Another reason people do not tithe is because they think they need 100% of all their increase and can't afford to tithe, but it is when you cannot afford to tithe that you truly cannot afford NOT to tithe, because not tithing is what is causing your financial curse to begin with!

Now go your way and do as you feel is right, Christian. If you feel you can justify robbing Yahweh and continuing to not support the work of the Divine Commission and the war effort against Satan, or support it when and how YOU want to instead of by the rules of our Commander In Chief, so be it, that will be a discussion for you and Yahweh - not me. As the saying goes, "Good luck with that." Myself, I'm not taking ANY chances, I WANT HEAVEN!!!
